The business strategy of LeapTrust is to offer a very high level of specialized boutique services to a small number of strategic corporate customers with the following areas of financial engineering:

Direct Investment. LeapTrust backs the advice it offers through direct investment in client initiatives, to participate in the projected return on investment.
Strategic Alliances. LeapTrust specializes in the formation of strategic alliances for its clients structured as direct active investments in businesses that can build on their combined competitive leadership. New clients are selected on the basis of a defined set of criteria, including their strategic value to existing clients.
Acquisition Advice. LeapTrust assists clients to leverage their own competitive advantage within acquisitions for maximum benefit and return on investment. This includes advice on target identification and business plan development to build on and extend their competitive lead.
Pension Administration. LeapTrust is administrator/trustee of pre-approved prototype pension plans adopted for use by LeapTrust customers. Pension administration includes the provision of online switching and trading of securities and money market funds by the pension beneficiaries.
Escrow Advisor. LeapTrust is the trading advisor under a proprietary Escrow Agreement product. This Escrow Agreement provides for the ongoing trading of securities pledged as collateral on secured loans. The trading of pledged securities is enabled both with LeapTrust as trading advisor or with borrower-directed online trading.
Escrow Agent. LeapTrust maintains interest-bearing escrow accounts for the cash management of its clients.
International Cash Management. LeapTrust provides forex management with exchange hedging and international cash flow sweeping.
